Anti-Penelope is the Anti-Mobius counterpart of Penelope Platypus. She was briefly involved with Scourge the Hedgehog, but unlike Anti-Bunnie Rabbot, she did not join the Anti-Freedom Fighters in search of vengeance. Anti Penelope was never actually seen, only mentioned in dialogue.
